Parents of Students in Grades 7-12,
School districts in South Dakota are now required to obtain parental consent on student directory information sharing on an annual basis. Please complete the two Yes/No questions in the survey linked below. The survey will be open until Friday, September 26th, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Any incomplete surreys after this date/time will automatically be recorded with a yes response.
